Located in Columbus OH., Columbus Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery (also known as CAPS) is a leading competitor in invasive and non-invasive aesthetic procedures in Columbus.

With overwhelming growth in their following and new clients, CAPS needed a new and refreshed website which included an all new homepage as well as procedure landing pages to support all and new services.

One of my favorite projects was the online consultation quiz. CAPS needed to gather more detailed leads and creating this form did exactly that. With the right questions and users being able to provide detailed information, it became much easier to organize and gather useful knowledge to better help the potential customer through their journey.
